Last weekend, Mark Kanarick led a session during 21st Century Democrats' campaign training workshop.

Mark trained dozens of campaign operatives, union organizers and hill staffers about many aspects of telephone voter contact programs. His presentation covered effective scriptwriting, targeting voters, an integrated approach to voter outreach, WinDialer, and our latest research into voter persuasion and mobilization, including behavioral psychology and implementation intentions.
