Outbound Patch-Through Calling

We conduct patch-through calling programs in which targeted voters or members of associations and interest groups are engaged with interactive phone scripts tailored to each universe subgroup. We gauge voters’ reaction to our client’s position and coach supporters on communicating a strong and concise message to the targeted policy-maker. Those supporters are then patched-through directly to the office of the targeted official and the message backing the client is delivered.

Inbound Toll-Free Patch-Through Calling With Live or Automated Operators

The patch-through programs described above can also be implemented with toll-free numbers. Typically this approach employs television, radio, e-mail or direct mail to drive voters and other constituencies to a toll-free number. Our operators screen callers for support on the issue, and then patch them through to the decision-maker. Alternatively, the entire process can be automated and the voter can enter information through the telephone keypad.

Surveys and E-mail Collection

Winning Connections conducts issue-oriented surveys for national or state associations and can collect e-mail addresses as part of the process.

Integrated Patch-Through/E-mail/Blast Fax Campaigns

Telephone outreach can be supplemented with large-scale e-mail or fax generation. We can send e-mails with varying messages to supporters for forwarding to the elected officials and track those e-mails that actually get forwarded. Another option is to send the e-mails directly to the elected official, copying the participant who gave permission to send the message.

Automated Messaging for Mobilization of Employees and Other Key Constituencies

In some cases, a recorded phone call can be useful as a means of sending last-minute messages to a large targeted audience. For example, we’ve used automated messages to remind association members about important meetings or political rallies and to update them on last-minute event changes.
