Use persuasion and GOTV messaging to turn out Democrats and Independents who were unlikely to vote in a primary.

RESULTS

Our calls mobilized 170,000 Kansans who had previously not participated in primaries. The measure was defeated by more than 165,000 votes in the first post-Dobbs referendum.
